Display and accessibility
Change how this site looks and behaves. Your choices are saved in this browser and applied to every page.
Useful if you are working with a printed copy, or with a
support assistant reading options aloud in a fixed order.
What we have built in
- Every page is fully operable by keyboard, including every quiz type.
- Any drag-and-drop activity always has a keyboard and select-list equivalent.
- Headings follow a strict hierarchy, with one
h1per page. - Arabic is marked with
lang="ar"anddir="rtl", set in a clear naskh face, and kept in its own block rather than inline in English sentences. - Colour contrast meets WCAG AA throughout; a high-contrast mode is available above.
- The site is readable at 400% zoom and at 320px width.
- Motion is reduced automatically if your device asks for that.
- With JavaScript switched off, every lesson, evidence box, model answer and exam question is still readable and printable. Only tracking and interactivity are lost.
